Terms and Condition


For a Brilliant/Professional/Efficient Cleaning Service

EEZI DRY is committed to prompt, efficient and friendly service. The following terms and conditions will aid us in facilitating a successful cleaning service. Please ensure that said terms and conditions are strongly adhered to at all times.
 

General:

Due to time allocated to services:
Small objects/ornaments must be removed prior to the arrival of EEZI DRY; however we do move bigger objects like beds, cupboards etc. (two men must be able to lift). Only items quoted for will be cleaned. If any additional services as an add-on to the initial quote are required the EEZI DRY office should be notified before any work commences.

 

  • There will be a price adjustment for additional work not quoted for.
  • No negotiations with staff, as this may lead to their dismissal. The client will be held liable for services rendered.
  • Neither EEZI DRY nor staff will in any way be held responsible for loss or damages to property or goods of any kind.
  • Full payment of the quoted amount is required prior to any services being rendered.
  • EEZI DRY reserves the right to walk away from any job, if the work area is unsafe or the carpets are severely damaged.
  • Workmanship is guaranteed for 2 days.

 

Time:

  • Service delivery timeframes are based on estimates as this may be influenced by traffic and unforeseen circumstances. Arrival times may vary between 2-3 hours.

 

Quotations:

  • Quotations are based on the information supplied by our client.
  • Quotations are based on an average room size not exceeding 18m2, if the room exceeds the aforementioned size the price will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Quotations valid for a period of 30 days.

 

Cancellations:

  • A cancellation fee of 30% of the quoted amount will be charged, if the client fails to cancel 48 hours prior to the confirmed date.
  • Cancellations must be done during office hours from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

 

Payments:

  • Cash payment - prior to completion of service
  • EFT payment – 3 days prior to date of service(proof of payment to be faxed or e-mailed to our offices)

 

Equipment:

  • EEZI DRY will provide all the necessary equipment and cleaning materials.
  • The customer will supply the electricity.

 

Stains:

  • EEZI DRY is dedicated and will do everything in our power to safely remove spots and stains. However the removal of some spots and stains are not guaranteed due to the nature of the stain e.g. red wine, bleach, nail polish remover, etc.

 

Moving of objects:

  • All electrical appliances must be disconnected prior to service time.
  • All big objects must be moveable by 2 men.
